Due to the perishable nature of our products, all Cookie Boxx sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the products received
• A brief description of the issue
Claims must be submitted to:
Upon review, CookieBoxx may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement shipment, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued for:
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Carrier delays
• Packages left unattended after delivery
• Theft after delivery
• Weather-related exposure after delivery
• Personal taste preferences
• Texture preferences
• Appearance preferences
• Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect quality
• Failure to follow storage instructions
• Refused shipments
• Undeliverable shipments

Build Your Own Cookie Box orders are custom-made according to customer selections and are final sale.
Order Cancellations & Changes
All orders are considered final once production has begun.
Because CookieBoxx cookies are freshly prepared to order, cancellation or modification requests must be received before production begins.
Production begins when we start preparing the dough for your order, not when the cookies are baked.
Once production has begun, orders are final and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded due to a change of mind, ordering error, or personal preference.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@cookieboxxshop.com with your order number. Requests are subject to confirmation by CookieBoxx.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to confirmation by CookieBoxx.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded due to a change of mind, ordering error, or personal preference.
Because orders move quickly into production, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
