FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
When do orders ship?
We bake and ship fresh Monday through Wednesday to help ensure your cookies arrive at their best and avoid unnecessary weekend transit time. Orders received after our weekly cutoff will be scheduled for the next available shipping day.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
How many cookies come in a box?
Each CookieBoxx box includes 6 oversized NYC-style gourmet cookies.
How big are the cookies?
Our cookies weigh approximately 150 g (5.3 oz) each and are thick, bakery-style NYC cookies with crisp edges and gooey centers.
How should I store my cookies?
Each cookie arrives individually heat-sealed for freshness. For best results, keep cookies sealed until ready to enjoy. Store at room temperature and enjoy within 3–5 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 1 month.
How do I reheat my cookies?
For the ultimate CookieBoxx experience, warm your cookie in a 350°F oven for 3–5 minutes. Heating times may vary depending on your oven and personal preference.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Yes. Our cookies contain wheat, milk, eggs, and soy, and some flavors contain tree nuts such as walnuts or hazelnuts. Please review the ingredient and allergen information provided for each flavor before ordering. Our cookies are produced in a kitchen that also uses tree nuts.
Are your cookies baked fresh?
Absolutely. Our cookies are baked fresh in small batches and shipped the same day, Monday through Wednesday each week, so they begin their journey to you at their freshest.
What makes CookieBoxx different?
