Before CookieBoxx, I spent years traveling the world as an international flight attendant,  based in Europe, discovering bakeries, pastries, and the way great food brings people together.

My passion for baking eventually led me to study patisserie in London part-time, where I learned that exceptional baking begins with exceptional ingredients.

After moving to Oregon and raising my family, I found myself searching for cookies made with the ingredients I valued most — Organic Unbleached Flour, Grass-Fed European Butter, Pasture-Raised Eggs, and Belgian Chocolate.

When I couldn't find the cookies I was looking for,  I decided to create them myself.

What began as a passion has become CookieBoxx — a dream built for my family and made to be shared with yours.
